You
Must Be Born Again!
Among those who
preach in Churches today, there are some who preach a confession-less,
belief-less salvation. In their
presentation, they are very glib, very persuasive, and VERY deceptive!
John
3:3
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say
unto thee, Except a man be born again,
he cannot see the kingdom of God.
John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye
must be born again.
Just
in case none has told you, if you want eternal life, everlasting life, eonian life, or however you may describe it, you MUST be born again! There is no way around being born
again!
If
the Church you now attend and perhaps are a member of does not teach being born
again, it does not teach the gospel of Christ Jesus!
John
3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only
begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life.
Belief
in, trust in, faith in Christ Jesus is not an option! It is mandatory!
Christian
belief is not the human acknowledgement that there was a man named Jesus who
once walked on this earth!
Christian
belief is that Christ Jesus, the Son of God came among us. He lived a perfect
life, was placed on trial by the Romans at the urging of the Jewish
Priests. He was scourged,
crucified, died, buried and was resurrected from death. And, at this very moment is sitting that
the right hand of God the Father interceding for us.
Christian
belief is the trusting faith that all
Christians have. It goes far beyond what is seen with the eyes, or
touched with the hands!
Without
that faith you shall perish!
Some
will tell you that perishing separation from God! However, that is impossible. We can
never be separated from an omnipresent God!
Sin
separates us from the
blessings that God has waiting for us when we acknowledge that Christ
Jesus is Lord!
When
you are born again, you are spiritually reborn into God’s family never to be
disenfranchised again!
Jesus
was explicit! “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will
in no wise cast out.” (John
6:37)
You
MUST be born
again!
Have
you noticed that during a normal birth, the head is born leading the way for the
rest of the body?
Col
1:18
And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn
from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
Christ
Jesus is the head of the Church, and therefore He is the “Firstborn” of the
Church!
He
showed the way to be “born again.”
Christ
Jesus trusted in God the Father as we are to trust in God the
Son!
John
10:17-18
17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life,
that I might take it again.
18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay
it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have
power to take it again. This commandment have I received of
my Father.
Christ
believed the Father as we are to believe the Son!
John
5:22-23
22 For the Father judgeth no man, but
hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
23 That
all men should honour the Son, even as they
honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth
not the Father which hath sent him.
Sadly,
many today say they believe the Father, but those among them that do not honor
the Son are plain ordinary liars!
Those who do not trust the Son do so because they do not trust the
Father! Therefore they dishonor
both the Father and Son!
Turn
today! Believe the Son and He will
give to you rest from works of sin that permeate your
life!
John
5:22
For the Father judgeth no
man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
In
Christ Jesus you shall be saved from the sins that caused men to
fail!
Trust
Christ Jesus, the Son, and receive the blessings of the
Father!
